Position Overview
We are in search of a highly skilled and driven Senior Full Charge Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with managing comprehensive financial records, performing account reconciliations, and supervising a dedicated team of bookkeepers. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities will be vital in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise financial records through the analysis of balance sheets and general ledger accounts for a diverse range of clients.
- Generate and reconcile month-end financial statements for all clients.
- Supervise and mentor fellow bookkeepers to ensure precision and operational efficiency.
- Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll transactions for clients.
- File sales taxes and other specialized taxes on behalf of clients.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Ability to handle multiple clients while meeting strict deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of auditing and reconciling third-party payroll reports against the general ledger.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.

Qualifications
